Updating Account Information


Creating an Account - Sign Up

Located in the upper right corner of our web site is the Sign Up link that will take you directly to our Registration page. If you are ready to checkout and have not registered you will be provided with a link to do so at that time.

Registration page
The Registration page is split into three sections:
Customer Information - This is the information you will provide in order to login to your account in the future.
Billing Information - The information used for credit card verification.
Shipping Information - Enter in the required information in this area If you're shipping to an address that is not the same as your billing address.

Updating Account Information

You need to login before you can access your account information. To update your account information, go to my account (the last selection in the main menu), and select update my profile from the drop-down list.

In "update my profile" you can view and/or update both Account and Contact Information:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Company Name (Only needed for wholesalers)
  • Billing Information
  • Shipping Information
  • Add New Contact
  • Remove Contact

Change Password
Enter the update my profile page and follow these steps:
  • Under the "Account Information" section, enter in your current password.
  • Then enter your new password in the "Retype Password" field
  • Press the "Update Customer" button and you can now start using your new password.

Change Shipping Information
Enter the update my profile page and follow these steps:
  • Under the "Contact Information" section, click on the radio button next to the text "Shipping Information". This is located in the upper left hand corner of the Contact Information form. If your Billing and Shipping Information are currently the same a button, "Separate Contact", will be provided allowing you to add the new shipping address without changing your Billing Information.
  • Enter your Shipping Information into the form to the right
  • Press the "Update Contact" button and your Shipping Information will be updated.
  • You may add multiple shipping destinations by selecting the "Add New Contact" radio button, located on the left side of the Contact Information form.

Add Multiple Shipping/Destinations
Enter the update my profile page and follow these steps:
  • You may add multiple shipping destinations by selecting the "Add New Contact" radio button, located on the left side of the Contact Information form.
  • Then enter your Shipping Information into the form to the right
  • At the bottom of the form is the "Friendly Name" text filed. This must be filled in or the new destination will not be created. (The "Friendly Name" is used to list all of your "Destination/Multiple Ship Names" in the lower left corner of the page.
  • Press the "Add Contact" button and your Shipping Name Information will be entered.

Orders

Track My Order

To track an order, go to my account (the last selection in the main menu), and select track my order from the drop-down list. You will be taken to our UPS Online Tracking page where you can enter in the necessary information and get the latest report on your shipment.
Note: Western Bagel® ships all orders fresh each Monday.
