My name is Emily and I’m an NPC bikini competitor who loves living a healthy lifestyle, but I haven’t always been concerned with my health and nutrition.


In the past my diet consisted of fast food 3-4 times a week, and as you can image, I wasn’t the most healthy person out there. I felt lethargic, sluggish, and had no motivation to do anything.


I had a friend introduce me to lifting and I fell in love and that’s how I decided I wanted to start doing bikini competitions. I’ve done two preps now, however my first prep wasn’t the greatest, I was told what to eat for every meal and how many times a day to eat, this caused me to feel extremely restricted and I ended up with a binge eating disorder. Then I found IIFYM, which also is known as flexible dieting. Where you can eat anything you want, as long as it fits into your macronutrient goals. Once I discovered IIFYM I dropped 30 pounds!
