We have been baking since 1947 out of Van Nuys California, and we are fully family owned and operated. Our retailer list extends from large to small, all over the country and even internationally. All of our products are kettle boiled and hearth baked the traditional way.
Not only do we offer a Western Bagel product we can also provide you with a Private Label product. Versatility is something we strive to bring each day as we offer 40 different variations that are equally flavorful.
Our Bagel Making process is certified by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) through BRC. As well as many major retailer 3rd party audit certifications. We take our quality and safety of our products with the utmost seriousness 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Throughout the greater Los Angeles area, we have 11 bagel style cafes that serve the local breakfast/brunch connoisseur. This has been the backbone of our business, and we plan to continue to provide the world with the best bagels.
